2. Use License

4. Platform Rules

4.1 For Businesses

• Must provide accurate campaign details
• Must honor agreements with influencers
• Must not discriminate unfairly
• Must maintain professional communication

4.2 For Influencers

• Must provide accurate follower metrics
• Must fulfill campaign requirements as agreed
• Must maintain authentic engagement
• Must disclose sponsored content appropriately

5. Payments and Fees

MicroCreatorr charges fees for its services. These fees are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

• Platform fees are non-refundable
• Campaign payments are held in escrow until completion
• Disputes will be handled according to our resolution policy

6. Content Rights

Users retain their intellectual property rights for content they create. By posting content on MicroCreatorr, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content for platform purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

MicroCreatorr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

10. Consumer Protection

These Terms comply with the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and Consumer Protection Laws of Ghana. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights you may have under Ghanaian consumer protection laws.
